This program aims to explore personal and group dynamics in a fun and creative way, using drama, music, dance, art, and song along with group activities, journaling, and meditation in order to prepare for a 2-3 week-long trip to somewhere in Canada. Participants will learn how to set boundaries, build resilience, work as part of a team, plan and execute a big adventure, and generally explore their own creativity.
