Seniors Gentle Yoga and Stretch - Specifically tailored for people with mobility concerns, accident, injury or surgery recovery. This one hour class will help you regain strength and gently stretch out those tight muscles. We use all sorts of props to support you throughout the 6 week program and you'll learn exercises you can continue at home. This is suitable for any age and any ability. Feel safe and supported in a warm Hatha Yoga based environment. Private Consultation prior to the start of the program included. Maximum 8 participants.

GROUP 1 - This exciting four day summer program will focus on daily dance instruction of Ballet, Hip Hop, and Musical Theatre. The morning program is designed for movers between the ages of 5-8 (with any amount of previous dance experience), and will finish with an in-studio showcase on Monday at 11:30 am. GROUP 2 - This exciting four day summer program will focus on daily dance instruction of Jazz, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre, with Ballet concepts present throughout each style. The afternoon program is designed for movers between the ages of 8-12 (with any amount of previous dance experience), and will finish with an in-studio showcase on Monday at 3:30 pm.
