DESCRIPTION:Hey Surf Sistas!\nPlease join us at Haida Gwaii’s 2nd Annual Ladies Yoga and Surf Retreat!\nWhen: 10 AM Saturday\, March 9 to noon\, Sunday March 10 \nWhere: Hiellen Longhouse Campground \nWho: Ladies only! Beginner surfers welcome however there will be a safety briefing only. No formal surf lessons will be provided\, however less experienced surfers can be paired with a more experienced surfer. \nWhat: Yoga+ beach clean up + Surf \nYoga: Mariel McLeod will be leading 2 morning sessions (1 each day) \nMassage: Traci Murphy will also be offering Re-balancing massage $60 for 1 hour\, $30 for 30 mins.  Call Traci Murphy 250-626- 7718 to book or sign up at the retreat. \nAccommodations: Hiellen longhouses. The Group longhouse has been reserved for March 9. Maximum 20 people. Please bring your own bedding\, sleeping bags and toiletries. \nFood: Please bring your own lunch for Saturday. There will be a catered dinner Saturday night\, and catered breakfast on Sunday done by Tow Truck! \nSurf gear: It is up to each individual to find/rent their own gear. Mike at North Beach Surf shop will be providing a discount to retreat goers: rent for a day-keep for the weekend (Pick up on Friday and return Sunday). Please contact the shop for details 250-626-7378. \nCost: $75/person\, which includes accommodations\, 2 yoga classes and food (dinner and breakfast) \nRefunds: Refunds are not accepted as of  Wednesday\, March 5\, 2019.
