Seniors Gentle Yoga and Stretch - Specifically tailored for people with mobility concerns, accident, injury or surgery recovery. This one hour class will help you regain strength and gently stretch out those tight muscles. We use all sorts of props to support you throughout the 6 week program and you'll learn exercises you can continue at home. This is suitable for any age and any ability. Feel safe and supported in a warm Hatha Yoga based environment. Private Consultation prior to the start of the program included. Maximum 8 participants.

Over this 6 week program you will gain stability and strength in that dreaded "core". This program is attainable for all levels. Come out and learn why sit-ups aren't an effective way to build strength and why the "plank" is not on the menu. Do you have back pain? You'll be surprised at how targeted, simple exercises can support your back and help alleviate pain. This 1 hour class incorporates the principals and asanas of Hatha Yoga into a healthy, fun and safe way to reconnect to your core.
