DESCRIPTION:6 Week Program starting Monday November 6 to December 18 (No class on November 13 due to Remembrance Day holiday)\nDATES: Starting Monday\, November 6th – Finishing Monday\, December 18th \nLOCATION: Sun Studio\, Queen Charlotte \nCOST: \n\n$80 paid in full PER PROGRAM ($13 class)\n$15/single drop-in  \n\n\nPLEASE NOTE:  In order to make this program work a minimum of 10 spaces must be filled (Registration and payment paid in full). If the allotted spaces are not filled by November 6th\, 2017 the program will be cancelled. \n\nCardio Dance – 5:30 – 6:30 pm \nThis cardiovascular footwork class is geared towards those who love motivating music and choreography that draws on a variety of dance genres. Get prepared to have fun and sweat off the stresses of your day! Open to all levels\, men and women. Bring clean\, non-marking shoes (we suggest runners) and a water bottle. \n \n\n  \n
