DESCRIPTION:JUST DANCE\nThis program is for anyone who likes to move to the beat of their own drum. With no steps to follow and a fabulous new eclectic playlist each week\, this is a chance for you to move authentically according to your body’s limits and potential. A great way to have fun\, shake off stress\, get energized while grounding into your body\, Just Dance is based on Gabrielle Roth’s Five Rhythms ecstatic dance. \nDATES: Starting Wednesday\, November 1st – Finishing Wednesday\, November 29th \nTime: 7 – 830 pm \nLOCATION: Sun Studio\, Queen Charlotte \nCOST: \n\n$50 paid in full ($10 class)\n$15/single drop-in  \n\nInstructor: Karen Walhout has been involved with ecstatic dance\, contact improv and hoop dance for 10 years. She is a teacher in the south end who enjoys yoga\, music and dance! \nWear loose or comfortable clothing\, minimal accessories and bring a water bottle. \nAge 16 and under should have a guardian with them. \n\nPLEASE NOTE:  In order to make this program work a minimum of 7 spaces must be filled (Registration and payment paid in full). If the allotted spaces are not filled by October 30th\, 2017 the program will be cancelled. \n\n  \n
