SEIDO KARATE Seido seeks to develop in each student a 'non-quitting' spirit. No matter what the obstacle or difficulty -- emotional, physical, financial -- we want students to feel empowered to overcome any challenge. This modern interpretation of the samurai's bushido spirit is what the sincere practice of karate can develop in an individual regardless of age, ability or background. Our inclusive mission allows for drill modifications and other considerations for body safety, so anyone who wants to train can participate while still being challenged. Classes will include a combination of: -Practical Self Defence -Formal Karate Skills -Karate & Seido History -Games!
