DESCRIPTION:Come out and play table tennis\, pickleball or badminton at drop-in racquet sports night in Daajing Giids! \nNot sure what pickleball is? Well\, it’s “The fastest growing sport in North America”. Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton\, tennis\, and table tennis. Two\, three\, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball\, similar to a wiffle ball\, over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports\, the dimensions and layout of a badminton court\, and a net and rules similar to tennis\, with a few modifications. \n\n\n\nPlease note: NO children under the age of 13 is allowed access in the gymnasium at any time for any reason during this time slot. Failure to do so will result in loss of program. Thank you for your cooperation. \nOnline Waiver: Please complete the required online waiver\, haawa – thank you! \n\n\n\nDATE(S): September 20 –  \nDAY(S): Mondays\, Wednesdays \n*Not open on stat holidays or March Break. Dates may vary due to school programming or closures. \nTIME(S): 6 PM to 8 PM \nLOCATION: GidGalang Kuuyas Naay Secondary School Gymnasium \nCOST: FREE!  \nAGE(S): 13 and up* \nPlease wear indoor shoes and do not eat food/drink in the gym (water only). No smoking/vaping/alcohol on school property. Please be kind to the equipment as it’s shared with school\, students\, and HG Rec programs.
