These yoga classes will be taught in the Iyengar yoga tradition, with the use of props and careful attention to alignment. All levels welcome. Yoga mats and props are provided.

INSTRUCTOR: Ainsley Brown
BIO: Ainsley was first introduced to Iyengar yoga while visiting India in 2006 and has been practicing ever since. She is currently in her third year of training under Louie Ettling to become a Certified Iyengar Teacher. Ainsley has taught classes locally over the past two winters and looks forward to another season sharing Iyengar yoga with the island community.
