TABATA TRAINING
Join Genevieve in applying the most effective exercises for achieving cardiovascular and muscular endurance! Tabata training involves performing exercises in a 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off format at high intensity, over 8 rounds. It sounds easy, but it’s as hard as you make it. If you are wanting a great workout and a chance to challenge yourself, come and try it out! Sign up for 6 classes or drop-in!
It is recommended that you bring a water bottle, towel and comfortable exercise attire to every class.
