Seniors Gentle Yoga and Stretch - Specifically tailored for people with mobility concerns, accident, injury or surgery recovery. This one hour class will help you regain strength and gently stretch out those tight muscles. We use all sorts of props to support you throughout the 6 week program and you'll learn exercises you can continue at home. This is suitable for any age and any ability. Feel safe and supported in a warm Hatha Yoga based environment. Private Consultation prior to the start of the program included. Maximum 8 participants.
