“Badminton is a racket sport played by either two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles), who take positions on opposite halves of a rectangular court that is divided by a net. Players score points by striking a shuttlecock with their racket so that it passes over the net and lands in their opponents’ half of the court.”

LOCATION: Gudangaay Tlaats’gaa Naay Secondary School Gymnasium
COST: Drop-in fee of $2.00 paid to the school for use of space & equipment.
AGE(S): 16 and up*
- ALL attendees must show proof of vaccination
- Masks must be worn by all attendees in halls/washrooms.
- Please bring indoor shoes.
- Children 12 and under are not permitted in the gym at any time
- No alcohol, smoking/vaping, drugs or violence permitted on school property
Your BC vaccine card indicating full vaccination is required upon entry during the first week of program (November 1st). Everyone aged 19+ must show government-issued photo ID with their proof of vaccination. Only QR code cards accepted (printed O.K.)!

Until HG Rec directly approves your proof of vaccination and adds you to a sport roster shared with the school and our organizers, you are not permitted entry.
