MOVE WITH EASE with Tyson –  Daajing Giids

If you face challenges with pain, stiffness or would like some guidance in starting on your fitness journey, then our Moving With Ease series is for you! Led by a certified physiotherapist, we welcome all ages and abilities to this program.

Over the course of 3 sessions held over 3 weeks, we will work on building mobility, strength and body awareness, with the goals of:

  • Coordinating movement with breath to cultivate calm, relaxed motion.
  • Promoting full body flexibility and mobility.
  • Gentle strengthening using only the weight of our bodies.

These sessions will take place in a variety of positions (you choose what’s most comfortable to you!) –sitting, standing or on a yoga mat. As these are group classes, we try our best to find common goals among the group and work together to move with ease. If you are comfortable spending time in a variety of positions or want to find ways to adapt positions to suit your needs, then join us as we strive to Move With Ease.
