KIDS’ KUNG FU
System is Hung Jong Kuen Pai: Like all Chinese Martial Arts, Hung Jong Kuen Pai basis its forms and techniques on animals. The animals that this style uses are the Dragon (Palm Hand) and Tiger (Close Fist)
What you will learn:
Basic Stances: Horse Stance, Cat Stance, Heaven-Man-Earth Stance. Plus basic stepping and shifting patterns
Basic Punch, using stances
Basic Blocks: upper and lower quadrants
WUDE: means Marital Arts Rules: Respect, Humility, Honor, Discipline, Honesty
