Girl’s Basketball with Coach Katie Willmot (Grades 3 to 6)
The Gudangaay Tlaats’gaa Naay Secondary Girl’s basketball team will be helping to run a young girls’ basketball program in Masset with Coach Katie Willmot! Come out and learn basic basketball skills and play games with friends!
Date(s): October 2 – 30, 2023 (no program on stat holidays)
Day(s): Mondays & Wednesdays
Age(s): Grades 3 to 6
Time(s): 5:30 – 7:30PM
Location: Tahayghen Elementary, Masset

Cost: $40
What to bring: runners, shorts, t-shirt, water bottle! Max participation is 30 youth (2 instructors).
Cancellation Policy:
- If registration cancellation occurs 5 days (120 hours) prior to the start of the first class, 100% of the cost of registration will be refunded.
- If registration cancellation occurs 2 (48 hours) days prior to the start of the first class, 60% of the cost of registration will be refunded.
- If registration cancellation occurs after the start of the first class, but before the start of the second class, 30% of the cost of registration will be refunded.
- If registration cancellation occurs after the start of the second class, the cost of registration will not be refunded.
- If a participant is unable to attend a class due to illness or the presence of COVID-19 symptoms, the cost of the class will be returned upon request in writing to Haida Gwaii Recreation.
