A stimulating experience that will open the horizons, the body and the spirit! This program mixes body and artistic creativity. Starting by exploring yoga through story, song and art, participants will be guided through poses and actions that promote mindfulness and creativity. Art projects will reflect our yoga learning and songs will be another way of exploring yogic principles of compassion, strength and love. Thursdays October 11 - December 13 (No program November 1st) 3:00-5:00pm Sk'aadgaa Naay Music Room Grade 2-7 | maximum 12 participants | healthy snacks provided
