In this program, students will explore the rules and movements of various sports and games, meanwhile developing their strength, balance, and aerobic fitness. Sports will be team games such as basketball, hockey, soccer, etc. There will also be a focus on healthy living lifestyles, and this will include things like yoga, gymnastics, running, and stretches.
