DESCRIPTION:PAINTING WITH MANZANITA SNOW/BEGINNERS CLASSES\nExcite yourself…kick start your creativity by immersing yourself in a joyful new activity. A beginners workshop in watercolour and acrylic painting using unusual techniques and approaches. This program will include all supplies i.e. paper\, canvasses\, paint\, brushes etc. \nSessions 1-4: \nThe focus will be on watercolor techniques. Discussions about famous painters\, stories\, anecdotes etc.\nIntroduce all kinds of different painting techniques \nSessions 5-8: \nWill focus on acrylic painting on canvass and multi media work. \n\nDATE(S): February 4th to March 25th\, 2019 (8 weeks) \nDAY(S): Monday \nTIME(S): 3:00 – 5:00 PM \nLOCATION:  Port Clements\, Multiplex\, library \nCOST: $100.00 ($12.50 per 2 hour class with all supplies included) \nAGE(S): 18+ \n\nHaida Gwaii Recreation (HGR) and Manzanita Snow would like to thank OPUS  Art Supplies for their generous donation to help make this program possible. These supplies will also be used to help support future programming for clients of the Haida Gwaii Mental Health and Addiction Services.
