Science AL!VE Summer Camps – All-Island

Join Science AL!VE FREE Pathways to STEAM camp (science, technology, engineering, art design and mathematics)! Our program uses problem-based learning and hands-on activities to create a student-centered experience. Participants are tasked with solving a problem (presented in an open-ended manner), where each child can take a personal approach to the interpretation of the issue and their design of a solution.

Science AL!VE, c/o SFU Faculty of Applied Sciences Outreach Unit, is dedicated to sparking a lifelong passion for science and engineering. Science AL!VE is excited to partner with the Haida Gwaii Recreation Centre to offer our Pathways to STEAM Summer camp, free for participants to get the opportunity to explore the dynamic and exciting world of STEAM.
