INSTRUCTOR: Lauren Brown

BIO:

Lauren’s passion for dance and performing arts was realized at a young age for 3, when she was enrolled in her first dance class. Throughout the years she has trained and competed in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-hop, Musical Theatre, Acro, Highland, and Irish dance styles, under several dance syllabi (i.e: RAD, BATD, CDTA).

Lauren obtained her Associate Teaching certification in Ballet but has always had a strong passion for the Stage varieties of dance, such as Tap, Jazz, and Musical Theater. Sharing her passion with other dancers, and experiencing new and different techniques by traveling to workshops such as Triple Threat Dance Convention, and competitions, such as Highland Dance competitions in Scotland, has immeasurably enhanced her appreciation for dance! She began teaching during her teenage years and has had the pleasure of continuing to wherever life has taken her.

Lauren finds so much joy in teaching to dancers of any level and is always striving to inspire students to find their own passion for dance, movement, and performing arts!
